Privacy Policy
What this policy covers. This policy describes how BygheartAI handles information collected through this website. It does not govern protected health information (PHI) processed inside our products on behalf of a healthcare organization. See Section 6.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bygheart AI, a Nevada corporation ("BygheartAI," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 732 S 6th St, Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101. You can reach us any time at support@bygheart.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
This website has no sign-up form, contact form, or account system. The only way to contact us through it is by email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to put in your message. We also receive this information if you contact us by phone or through a scheduled consultation.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider generates standard server logs when you visit. These typically include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your request. These logs exist for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site trackers on this website. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
Third parties that receive data through this site
- Google Fonts: this site loads typefaces from Google's servers. Doing so discloses your IP address and browser information to Google. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Hostinger: hosts this marketing website and processes its server logs, and provides the email service that delivers messages you send to us.
Where our platform runs
This marketing website is hosted by a third party, as described above. Our AI models and platform are not. BygheartAI trains and operates its models on infrastructure we own and control, or on-premises within a client's own environment. We do not route model processing through third-party AI providers.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it;
- schedule and conduct consultations you request;
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot this website;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use information collected through this website for targeted advertising.
We do not use information submitted through this website to train our AI models.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website and in responding to business inquiries directed to us; on the basis of your consent where you have provided it; and to comply with legal obligations.
5. Disclosure of information
We disclose personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors who host our site, deliver our email, and provide similar operational services, bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
- Legal requirements: where required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.
6. Protected health information and HIPAA
This website does not collect protected health information, and you should not send us any. Please do not include patient details, clinical information, or anything about your own health in an email to us.
When BygheartAI processes PHI inside a deployed product, it does so as a Business Associate of the healthcare organization that is our customer. That processing is governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement and by that organization's own Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website policy.
If you are a patient or client of an organization that uses BygheartAI and you want to exercise rights over your health records, contact that organization directly. They are the covered entity and control those records.
7. Data retention
We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship it relates to and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete it. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis as configured by our hosting provider. You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege permissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and email in particular is not a secure channel, so please keep that in mind when deciding what to send us.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom additionally have the right to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@bygheart.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
10. Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information or serve targeted advertising, there is currently nothing for the signal to opt you out of.
11. Children's privacy
This website is intended for healthcare organizations and other institutional audiences, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Where BygheartAI is deployed in a setting serving minors, use by minors is governed by the deploying organization's own consent processes and applicable law, not by this website policy.
12. International visitors
We operate in the United States, and information collected through this website is processed there. If you access this site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in a country whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
14. Contact us
